After a long, but enlightening journey, TRCC is proud to announce that we're officially open for business! And, we've hit the ground running. The local response and demand for our coffee have been fantastic and humbling at the same time. Thank you!
Jimmy, our master roaster, has put in some long hours on the roaster this week to keep up with demand. But, he still found enough time to finalize the roast profile for our new Decaf Roast. Let me just say, if you drink decaf coffee, you're in for a real treat.
On Sunday we set up shop in LA's Coffee Cafe to participate in "Riki's Ride" by Riki Rachtman and Lea Vendetta. Riki, a former MTV veejay (Headbangers Ball), and Lea, a professional model, and tattoo artist, are riding their motorcycle across America to help raise awareness and money for the "Stop Soldier Suicide" organization.
The turn out at LA's Coffee Cafe was terrific, and the event was a huge success! The town mayor, city manager, fire chief and a host of Three Rivers residents stopped in, purchased some coffee and pastries, shared stories, and donated to a great cause. If you're interested in helping Riki and Lea, you can connect with @rikirachtman and @leavendetta via Twitter and Instagram.
Many of you have been asking about coffee subscriptions on our website. It turns out; it's harder to implement than we initially thought. However, we've been working hard with a developer for several weeks, and with a little luck, our website's coffee subscription service should launch on July 30th or 31st.
Three Rivers Rocks!
In all honesty, Jimmy, James, and myself are overwhelmed by the communities support and response to TRCC. We are thrilled that so many people are enjoying our coffee. Thank you all for believing in us, it means the world.
